here are some photos of one of our latest trips to the Chicagoland area, touring the USM facilities.
Under one VERY LARGE ROOF, Parker, Washburn, Randall and Eden are built.
Photos of the carbonglass fretboard with stainless stee frets for a parker fly
Guitars getting the carbon fiber placed on the back side of a parker fly
The PIZZA oven used to bake the resin after it is impregnated into the weave and onto the body wood
A Parker fly after baking in the oven....the cacoon it appears to be in is actually a vacuum sealed bag that forces the resin into the body wood through the weave
